In order to help you get the most out of your software we offer a range of different software support schemes. Depending on your requirements, we offer both email and telephone responses with options for annual or pay-as-you-go contracts and technical-only or full user support. Understanding your business means we can identify the scheme that best suits your support requirements.

No matter which scheme you choose, support is there when you need it, from answering simple ‘how to’ questions from users to customised report requests. We use screen sharing technology to offer instant online support where you can demonstrate your issue live so that we can advise.

Plus we have a very comprehensive (and growing!) online Knowledgebase which is available 24/7/365 so that you can get answers to your questions outside of normal office hours. If you can’t find an answer to your question there, then please email and one of the team will create an article for you as soon as possible to cover the topic you request.

It is the goal of our knowledgeable support staff to resolve issues and answer questions as quickly as possible so that you can focus on using and making the most from the system. Telephone support is available 9:30am to 5:30pm GMT Monday to Friday as a minimum; out of hours support for business critical issues is also available; see our Contact Us page for more information.

Training, Support and Custom Reporting

RMS offers a highly customisable software package and support service that is individual to each customer's needs, so what you read on our website is just the beginning. Although we offer the software as a package, this includes the customisation to your individual business requirements. We may have 1,000 customers using the software, but no two customers' set of log in credentials will be the same. The use of the software will be as unique as your business.

We are also able to offer custom reports on an individual basis. If your company requires specific reports, much like the customer in our case study (please see link), then just ask as we would be happy to incorporate these for you.
