We’ll support you throughout the setup and implementation and deliver comprehensive training sessions applicable to your individual staff members’ roles in the business, so that they have a good foundation for ongoing use of our software.
Initial formal training sessions can be arranged at your convenience, to avoid distractions, using remote sessions.
For ongoing training, for new employees or if you’d like a quick refresher on a specific area of the software, then we can arrange an online course using screen sharing technology.
RMS offers a highly customisable software package and support service that is individual to each customer's needs, so what you read on our website is just the beginning. Although we offer the software as a package, this includes the customisation to your individual business requirements.
We may have 1,000 customers using the software, but no two customers' set of log in credentials will be the same and each working environment is secured. Your use of the software will be as unique as your business.
We are also able to offer custom reports on an individual basis. If your company requires specific features or reports, then just ask as we would be happy to incorporate these for you.
